When can my shipment be picked up?
Shipments are generally picked up in the afternoon and can be booked for the same day as quoted in many cases. Your shipment will require a 2 hour window of client-specified availability.
How can I insure my freight?
Most carrier quotes will include the industry standard of insuring shipments for up to .25/lb. This is meant to be a guideline as rates vary on a case by case basis. However, we do have other sources to add whatever amount of liability coverage you need, so please let us know and we'll make sure you receive an accurate quote. How do I pay for shipments?
